The buggy service to the room was inconvenient. a broken buggy left us walking several hundred meters down a muddy track!!! Dinner prices felt steep for what's offered. consider more reasonable options!!! Attention to outdoor cleanliness could improve!!!

A private pool paradise

Waking up surrounded by stunning rice paddies was pure bliss. The quiet atmosphere and friendly staff made every moment special, especially the amazing horseback riding experience into a lake.

Navigating to the villa via buggy was a bit inconvenient, especially on muddy paths, and some evening menu options left much to be desired. But the stunning surroundings made it worthwhile.

We loved the serene atmosphere and the proximity to nature, which allowed us to bike around the picturesque rice fields and a tranquil lake. The kids were thrilled when we spotted an elephant during our morning ride! The traditional dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, featuring 27 authentic dishes that were both delicious and memorable.

The only downside was the distance from nearby attractions, which required more travel time than we expected.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend breather

Luxurious room, attentive staff, exquisite dining, with a stunning outdoor swimming pool and well-kept gardens filled with fascinating wildlife, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and exploration.

The stay was fantastic, especially since we enjoyed a memorable horse ride and had a blast in our private plunge pool. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and getting a full body massage added to the experience. A minor hiccup was that we faced a little delay with the evening menu options, but it didn’t spoil our time at all! 👍

we had the most amazing 3 nites at uga ulagalla! the staff were genuinely kind and super hospitable, which made our stay really special. the one bedroom pool villa was so comfy and spacious, and we loved biking around the beautiful grounds. also, the view from the villa was stunning, we even saw peacocks visiting! great food too, they catered well for our dietary needs.

The staff's attentiveness, especially during the cooking class led by the talented head chef, enhanced our experience immensely. some inconveniences arose with buggy service, compounded by muddy paths, and the limited options on the evening menu diminished the dining experience somewhat. Despite these hiccups, the tranquil environment and beautiful surroundings made it worthwhile.

Our two-night stay in a One Bedroom Pool Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. The lush surroundings filled with 17 acres of pristine paddy fields made it the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the bicycles available allowed us to explore the beautiful grounds freely. Dining was a highlight, featuring an extensive menu that catered to our every craving, with beautifully presented international dishes that were simply delicious. The level of service was exceptional, particularly from Lahiru, who attended to our dining needs with incredible attentiveness.

The One Bedroom Pool Villa was spacious, and I loved exploring the grounds on the provided bicycles. Kayaking at sunrise was amazing, and the private plunge pool made for perfect relaxation.
